On Screen Bible - No change of font

The font On Screen Bible uses is really awful especially for people with eye sight problems or Dyslexia. Unfortunately there is no way to change the font. A couple of font choices would be ideal but I appreciate you can't give a massive list due to the problems different fonts cause.
Calibri, Arial or similar font would be ideal.
