Video Length Too Long
This only happens sometimes, but when it does, it's frustrating...
I place a video in as an Intro in the Warm-Up section...and the video length is not correct. Right now I have a 2:30 video in and it's showing that the video is 5:49 long. It plays the video 5:49 before the start of the service rather than cues the video correctly. (I did load the video from the "my media" section this AM...not straight from a HD.
Any suggestions?

What is name of the video? Is this on Windows or Mac?

I use a Mac, but everything else at the church is Windows. I placed the video on a Mac.

I viewed the presentation from this weekend and the video seems to be the correct length (2:32). Can you still reproduce this issue? If so, can you reproduce it with all videos uploaded into Proclaim, or just a certain video?
