clicked on update; logos won't open

i opened my logos 4 mac software this afternoon and there was a message that there was an update. ever eager to have more available, i clicked on it.

the update loaded, i went to open logos 4 mac and it crashed. i have tried relaunching; restarting; called tech support and downloaded it again and moved it into my applications folder, replacing the old one...all with the same result.

help?

new logos user...let alone new logos 4 mac user...

i clicked on the link to download the file you suggest and my mac tells me that there is no application to open it..?

Our last update crashes immediately on Leopard. We're working on a fix right now and hope to have one posted very soon. Of course, you'll need to manually download the update. I'll try to post in this thread when it becomes available.
