Downloading My Content

Is there a way to download an image that was uploaded to My Content? Another user uploaded an image for a service. I need a copy of that image and the other user is not available.

    There is no way to download the image from the media browser. However, if you add it as a background in a presentation and then use the 'View presentation online' option in the accounts menu, you will be able to view your presentation in the browser. From here, you can view service items and save them as images.
