Hello Jeff,
There have been some recent issues regarding Proclaim and OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) so I wanted to ask a few questions:
- Are you on the most recent version of Proclaim?
- What OS are you using when this occurs? What OS version?
- Does this only occur when on air? Or does this occur when editing slides as well?
Also, please refer to this post if you are in fact using Proclaim on a machine running OS X 10.10: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/94429.aspx It will give you info on how to post the logs that we would need.

I can see a couple recent crashes from your group in out automatic error reporting system. Both of them are related to running out of memory. This is usually related to a leak in a video driver. Do the presentations that you're having issues with contain videos/motions? Playing video really exacerbates video driver leaks.
Are all your drivers up to date? Have you run Windows Update recently? Sometimes the video driver manufacturer will have a more current version of the driver, especially if there are issues with it. Worth checking their site for a new version.
If you're all up to date and still crashing try disabling hardware acceleration as outlined here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/91925.aspx. This should get you running until your video driver fix is available.

Scott,
i had also thought it was running out of memory because it was slowing down and will lock up or shutdown.
i have a large presentation list that we just deleted all the presentations except for a few that contain a large file of powerpoint song so i can add them quickly to a presentation. if there is a way to store these songs some where else in proclaim for quick access that would be great.
i will check for drivwer updates.
Thanks Jeff
