Lost orders during server failure
I just noticed that my order of "Knowing Jesus" that I somehow managed to get through (twice!) during the server failure was not successful. I even received two invoices. I just had to order the book a third time.
The resource being free, I don't really mind paying three times.
It might just be a good idea for all who ordered something during the past 12 hours to verify that the resources are in your account.

We'll be investigating this issue and verifying that no one is missing any unlocks. (The system has records of all your orders, so we are able to create the missing unlocks for the orders that need them.)

Bradley, I wasn't able to get a book on Vyrso because of the issues. It is still in my cart, but now it changed price.
Is there anything that can be done?

It was free on vyrso. It is still in my cart. I was trying to get it over the weekend (can't remember the exact time)

I checked your account, and see that your order for this free book was successful on 11/21, at 10:12 Pacific Time. It should already be available to you in the Logos 6 Library. You can remove from the Vyrso cart with the gray X to the right of the title.

Thank you for the follow-up. Indeed, I found it in my library. It must have been because of the server issues the order was processed, but this book remained in the cart.
Thankful that you are getting servers back in shape. Also thankful for awesome free resources both in Logos and Vyrso.
