BUG: URL links
I understand that tagging and such is dependent on the publisher and automatic processes but am still surprised that URL's are not links in Kirk-Duggan, Cheryl. Mary Had a Baby: A Study for Advent. Nashville: Abingdon Press, 2014.

true but I assumed an algorithm smart enough to strip common footnote markers - I suspect that the lack of a space is the culprit.
