To be able to activate "send to Kindle" what are the prerequisites?
You will find all you need in the first post of this thread:
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/92620.aspx
Summary of prerequisites:
You need to link your Kindle address to your Logos account by entering “set kindle to #####@kindle.com” (replace the ##### with your actual Kindle address); you cannot unlink your Kindle account once it has been linked, so be sure there are no typos in it.
Hi Rosie thank you for replaying my question. The two issues above are clear to me , I have Logos 6 D. send to kindle is also available in my word document, I need more information how and where I can make a link to make it work with Logos.

Thank you Rosie, I have overlooked the link. I will try to activate it accordingly.
Tes, I have never tried the feature myself, so I don't know anything other than what that thread explains, and it shows with pictures how to get the feature to work. Do you have a Kindle email address? You can test your Kindle email address by emailing yourself a PDF file as an attachment, and see if it comes into your Kindle device or app.
Did you type "set kindle to <your kindle email address>" in the Logos command bar? That is how you make the link between Logos and Kindle. Once you have done that, the Send to Kindle feature should work.

Yes, that is the command bar. That's where you type "set kindle to <your kindle email address>" like this:

Hi Rosie, I have typed my e-mail ,but the result I have is: on the upper side it says "Link kindle account" on the lowe side:Failed to link account" to my e-mail address which I use it for Kindle.
I'm sorry about that Tes. You have reached the end of my knowledge. You will need to get help from someone else or contact Logos Support.

Tes, I can imagine two things
did you allow mail from logos.com to be sent to your kindle?
Tes, I know you usually need very explicit instructions about things. Here is what Mick is talking about. Did you do this?
1. Go to Amazon.com
2. Click on the "Your Account" menu and then "Manage Your Content and Devices"
3. Enter your password
4. Click on the "Settings" tab
5. Scroll down to the "Approved Personal Document E-mail List" section
6. Click "Add a new approved e-mail address"
7. Type "noreply@logos.com" and click "Add Address"
You must have done all of that before doing the "set kindle to <your kindle email address>" command. If you didn't do those steps yet, do them now and then try again to set your kindle email address in Logos.

Maybe a logos.log file (see http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging ) would reveal issues if Logos is still having prolems with their email server (mail was one of the longest lasting issues from last weekends outage), maybe the service isn't functional again
Thank you NB.Mick for your help.I think there must be problem with Logos server.

Thank you Rosie for your consistent help. I did everything as you have mentioned but,it is not working .I think there must be problem with Logos server.
Could be something that hasn't recovered yet from the data center outage. Wait a couple more days (through the U.S. holiday weekend) and if it's still not working, contact Logos Tech Support.
OK. Rosie thank you.
Finally 've got it done. Rosie I am very grateful for your consistent help.As you have done it, since the beginning , you would not let me until I have the required answer either explaining me by post or Video. You are one of the best I have in the Forums, who have motivated me to enjoy the software for my Bible study. May the Lord bless you in every aspect of your life.
