Background music

I added background music to the Pre-Service Loop or Warm-up section but it only let me choose to "end of playlist (once through)" or "stopped." I want to choose "end of section" which is listed but it won't let me choose it. It just skips to "stopped." I am working on a Mac computer with Yosemite.  It worked fine in the past, but not now.  When will that be corrected?

Also now when I click on On-Air it starts at the Warm-up section rather than the Pre-Service Loop like before, unless I click Shift F5 and choose the first slide in the Pre-Service Loop.

We'll look into this on Monday, thanks for the report.

The warm-up will automatically begin at Service Start Time - Warm-Up Duration. For example, if my service start is set for 10am and I have 5 minutes of warm-up content then if I go on air at 11:56 Proclaim will automatically start the warm-up.

What time is your service start time? Could this explain your experience?

It is working correctly again. For a couple days, when I clicked on On-Air it would start at the Warm-up rather than the beginning of the presentation in the Pre-Service Loop. It did not matter when I did it, even when no where close to the service start time. But is is operating correctly now.
