Remote App - Help on Connecting

Our Remote App via the I-Pad or an Android has worked well, with the expected hesitation. We currently have a MAC in our audio room driving the projection from Proclaim and use an I-Pad from the pulpit for the sermon and perhaps some other elements of the worship. But when the Internet access (e.g., wi-fi) has a "blip" in coverage, we lose accessibility and this is a REAL problem in the middle of worship. Does anyone know of a way to run Proclaim directly from an I-Pad or Android without relying on the Internet? Bluetooth? Some other means? Thanks!

This is not possible at the moment with the current Proclaim Remote App.

Thank you. How about if we got a Bluetooth remote on the primary computer, like you would use to remotely run PowerPoint. Do you think that would work in advancing the slides?

Yes this will work.

I use one of these as a back-up, or for having someone else control part of the service when I'm busy playing guitar. We use a Logitech R800 - good distance, reliable, not too much $$$.
