Catechism outside US/Canada

I have a feeling this may be a FAQ somewhere (but I can't find it if it is).

Is the Catechism of the Catholic Church available for us customers outside the US & Canada?

    In the United States: English translation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church for the United States of America copyright © 1994, United States Catholic Conference, Inc.—Libreria Editrice Vaticana. English translation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church: Modifications from the Editio Typica copyright © 1997, United States Catholic Conference, Inc.—Libreria Editrice Vaticana.

    And as they only have the rights to distribute in the United States Faithlife can only distribute in the United States.  

    There is also a Canada copyright notice: 

    In Canada: Catechism of the Catholic Church copyright © Concacan, Inc.—Libreria Editrice Vaticana. 1994, 1997, 2006 for the English translation in Canada.
