Visual Filter For Pericope Headings in Bible?

I want to set up a small prayer reminder in the margin of each section of my Bible text. Either a symbol like a small up arrow, or the word "pray" would work. I'm thinking something that would either appear in the margin every pericope heading, or every paragraph break. Is there a way to create a visual filter that would be able to either recognize Pericope headings, or returns in the English text of say the ESV? 

Has anyone experimented with this?

You can perform a Basic Search for headings by selecting "Heading Text" instead of "All Text", but a wild card * search for any text in all headings takes far too long. Searching within a list of likely words e.g. (a, the, an, Lord) is possible but you have to keep adding to it. But it also picks up headings in the introduction/preface etc as well as pericope headings.

My only recommendation is to upgrade to Logos 6 because you can construct a Reading Plan by Pericope

The "reminder" will be a "Start Reading" banner.
