SDA commentary on 64 bit computer
I am able to use my SDA Bible commentary on CD Rom on my 32 bit computer running Windows 8. However, it will not run on my 64 bit machine.
I have Logos version 2.1d. I do not have any product code or serial number for my CD Rom. I have also emailed my books to Logos and they apparently do not think that I have ever purchased them as they said that they could not synchronize my books with Logos 5.
I'm wondering if the SDA commentary on CD Rom version 3 would work on my 64 bit machine. Would it?
Thank you.

Welcome to the forums Andrew.
You need to purchase the software (Bible Commentary) and it comes with a cd code. If someone gave it to you then they need to transfer the rights to you along with the cd code.
If not, you can purchase it from Logos by using this link. https://www.logos.com/product/38875/seventh-day-adventist-bible-commentary-standard-edition They also offer monthly payments.
Mission: To serve God as He desires.

Can you get screen shots of the SDA Bible commentary running under Logos version 2.1d ? That should prove that you have the commentary running in Logos. And Yes, Faithlife has no record of you owning it as you most likely did not buy it from them. Did we need to sync licences back then or was it optional? [[Meaning not everyone synced]]
EDIT: Version 3: did that include the works of EGW??? If so check to see if you have those files also [About 402 or so resources]

I have found a solution to using my 32 bit SDA Commentary on a 64 bit machine. I created a virtual 32 bit Windows XP machine using the free VMware Player. I then installed the SDA commentary from my CD.
