Proclaim Project changes not viewable on all machines

Hey guys,

We have been having the following issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

If I create a presentation from my iMac everyone else can see the project in the "Open" window after refreshing on their iMac and PC, but if they change something to the project on their end, I can not see the updates on my iMac. Any ideas why this would be happening? Also, those changes they make on their iMac and PC are instantly updated for them. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas.

Hello Steve, We don't have any known sync issues at this time. Issues like network connectivity can prevent sync from completing. There is an indicator in the upper right of the main window. Green indicates you're all up to date. Is your sync indicator green? 

Posting the proclaim.log file from your machine should help me diagnose further.

 Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

When I started using Proclaim I was caught out by not allowing these things to finish before I closed the program.\

(this one has to be hovered over with the cursor (the arrows that is)

Is there any chance that the alterations have either not completely uploaded or not been synced?
