Cannot playback video sun am, 12/14,12/21

last sun and today, I ran into issues playing back video that I'd previously uploaded in proclaim...worked for months prior to dec 14.  Proclaim works for slides and music, just not uploaded video.

Wondering if it's my issue or proclaim server issue...or how can I troubleshoot.

    We haven't changed anything related to video encoding in a long time. What happens when you try to play the video? Do other videos that come with the application (e.g. search Bible Screen) play?
