I'm getting a black bar on the top and the bottom of my slides

We have used ProPresenter in the past and are now piloting Proclaim, but with the 16:9 size of slides we are getting a black bar on the top and the bottom of the slides and can't figure out why or how to fix it. Please advise.

The first thing to check is to be sure you have your presentation set to 16:9

If you still see a black bar I assume you're using backgrounds you uploaded yourself? If so what is the original image size? If you give me an example presentation and service item name I can take a look at your group's data.
