i was able to get volumes 1 and 2 in the combined package, but volume 3 was missing.
Why?
Hey Warren, and welcome to the forums. I received what appeared to be one book but when I go to the table of contents it contains the first three volumes. I hope this helps.

No, just my laptop.
Another user told me that from his Mac, no problem, but from a mobile device, no volume 3.
