Table of Contents formatting for 3 Selected Messages

Dear Folk,

 I am on Logos 5. Why is the table of contents for 3 selected messages from the SDA Bible Commentary Expanded edition not formatted correctly? 

Is there a fix?

Many of these works are being reworked and will be re released sometime "sooooooooon"
