I placed the order for the free book earlier today and received a receipt, but do not find instructions for how to download it. Advice please.

It should download automatically but sometimes it needs to be "prompted"
This varies depending on which app you are using - please advise.
I submitted the order via iMac but do have Vyrso on iPad (original). I'm not finding it on iPad within Vyrso app.
