secretary's pc creates blank slides in everyone else's computer?

Not sure if I asked this before - when my secretary creates announcement slides on her Win7 pc, they often show up as blank white slides on my pc AND the sanctuary PC when I open the presentation, but look fine on her pc. I have to have her email the slide material (usually a jpg or PPT slide) and then manually load it into the presentation. I've had it happen just once on a slide created on my PC, but it is a regular occurrence on hers. Any ideas on what might cause this?

Is she uploading jpegs? If so, make sure she is choosing to sync the slides to the entire group and not just local to her computer. Also, she needs to make sure it is synced and uploaded completely before closing Proclaim.

She's uploading jpg exports from Powerpoint, the same as I do on my pc. She is also uploading to the group, not just to her pc - that was my first thought. I just checked her pc again, and it looks fine on her pc, but often shows "Failed to upload..." and then lists the file. I'm not sure it always showed the error message because it was quite confusing for a while.

If she creates the files in Proclaim, they upload just fine. If I take the same files from her pc, emailed to me, and upload them from my pc, it works fine.

I'm thinking there is something odd in the setup of her pc, but I don't know what it might be...

Ok, as I'm thinking this through, I remembered that we got her a new pc, but she is continuing to use the external hard drive from her old pc as her primary data drive... bad idea, I know, but there might also be something with permissions on that drive. I had her recreate the same files on her pc's main internal data drive and upload it... and it worked just fine.

So, I think there is a permissions issue on her external drive. I'm going to move ALL her data to her internal drive, and then use the external as an auto backup drive (always my intent, anyway).
