Is there away to show a Video on the Main Presentation Screens and have a the words for the song for the choir on the confidence monitor?
Unfortunately Proclaim does not support this. I suppose you could get creative and set the alpha on the lyrics to zero which would cause them not to show up on the slides output but show up on the confidence output.
Forgive me for asking "Set the Alpha to Zero" how do I do that?

If you click on the font color above the main text box, you'll see a handful of sliders and text boxes with numerical values. You can either slide the indicator in the transparency slider all the way to the bottom, or just enter a zero in the text box labeled 'A'. That will make the text transparent on the main display, but it will still be visible on the confidence display as Scott suggested. You may also have to click on the 'Effects' drop-down menu (a few spaces to the right of the font color drop-down) and uncheck every box.
