GraceWay Media Files Not Loading

in Proclaim Forum

I will often find video background slides on Grace Way's website that I'd like to use in Proclaim but each time I search for those files they won't show up. I've also tried downloading the video file from GraceWay's website and then uploaded it to proclaim but they only come up in 4:3 aspect ratio instead of the 16:9 we display at the church. Is this a common issue?

    Which videos are you having trouble finding?

    It looks like you can only download the 4:3 versions of videos from the website, which is why they show up as such when uploading them into Proclaim.
