Bug Report - Videos Will Not Play
I upgraded to Proclaim 1.26.0.0518 today. Now the videos will not play. There is an image of the first frame in the service item but video will not play. It worked fine before the upgrade.
Windows Visat 32bit.

From the log file it looks like Proclaim is having trouble finding the video .mp4 file on your system. Is the sync icon green?

I was able to download a local copy of the video and it works. I use a different computer to work on the service and then sync it with our presentation computer. The sync light was green (or at least the white sync arrows faded away after it synced). However, we've not been able to play mp4 videos for a couple of months (I need to convert them to wmv videos in order to sync and play). It appears these issues might be related. There is an image of the first frame of the video but there is not way to play it (play button does not appear).
