Is Proclaim supported on Windows 8?

I recently upgraded my laptop to a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro which is Windows 8.1.  This is my first experience with Win 8.

When I launch Proclaim, it comes up as what looks like a minimized taskbar icon with no actual active program.  If I float over the icon, I can see the Proclaim login window in the taskbar preview but can't get it to be active so I can use it.

Before I spend too much working on this to figure it out, I just wanted to make sure Proclaim actually supports Win 8 and that this isn't expected behavior.

Proclaim is supported on Windows 8. My guess is the upgrade confused your local window preferences and the Proclaim window is being restored to non-existent coordinate space. When activated try holding the Windows key down and using the left or right arrow key to bring it back.
