Failure to Link Graceway Media Account

I receive an unable to retrieve account error when I try to link my account. Please advise.

If you could post the Proclaim.log file from a session which reproduces the failure to link the account I can diagnose further.

The log indicates a Username/Password mismatch.
Are you able to log into gracewaymedia.com with the same credentials?

I can log into the main site with the same username and password

For some reason the Graceway service is not accepting your supplied credentials. If you contact their customer service they should be able to tell you why. The error message from there service is below
Error: Login:00000003 - NO - Username/Password mismatch.
