Trouble Adding iTunes Files For Background Audio

I'm using the 30 day trial of Proclaim trying to make sure it meets the needs of our church, and I've run into an issue when trying to bring iTunes files over to use for background audio. There were a handful of files that would transfer, but I couldn't select the vast majority of our library. I'm running Mac OSX 10.10.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Alan

Unfortunately Proclaim will not play iTunes files natively. In order use them you will need to downgrade them to MP3 files.

I keep a folder on my machine with the MP3 versions of a lot of hymns just for using in Proclaim.

It is a sad fact of life. So far anyway.
