Reverse Notes to bottom, Bible to top.

I have either lost my mind or the Bible and the notes have switched places. Somehow on my iPad things have switched places. The notes ... as I recall .... were on the right in landscape with the Bible on the left. When in Portrait the Bible was on the top with the notes on the bottom. I have moved the bar all over the place, looked at all kinds of ways to flip them. Can't figure it out. Help.
