What can I do with iPhone & crossgrade?
I'm trying to figure out what all is available to me on the iPhone Logos app, as one w ho has purchased the Logos 4 crossgrade. I viewed the video on how to use books offline via iPhone, but NONE of the books are showing up as available. Looking for answers I found what seem to be contradictory statements:
searching this forum, I found: from Bob Pritchett wrote the following post at Tue Nov 3, 2009 1:16 PM:
The iPhone synchronization is a feature of the Logos 4 products; if you purchase the minimum crossgrade package (http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade) you'll get the resources that make Logos 4 shine (people, places, things, controlled vocabulary, etc.) as well as the ability to read many (as permissions allow) of your resources on the iPhone.
But I' ve also found mention that these are only available with purchase of a L4 Base Package. Since I already have in my library all the books in the L4 Base Package, it didn't make sense for me to purchase that. Therefore, I only got the crossgrade.
Besides the question of accessing resources off-line, are there any (other) differences between what's available to the crossgrade user of iPhone app and the upgrade user of iPhone app?
thanks.

There is no difference between an Logos 4 upgrade and a Logos 4 crossgrade as far as the iPhone app goes. You can download a resource for offline only if you have a license for that resource. Because you don't have a base package, you don't have licenses for some of the 60+ resources that can be freely accessed on the iPhone, e.g. the New Century Version. Also make sure you're signed into the iPhone app with the same username/email address you use with Logos 4.

Ahh - that was the problem - I had created a new username/address when I downloaded the app - didn't realize I needed to use same one I had for Logos site. When I changed that, everything became available.
This app is mindblowing!
