I had called FL about an issue with Logos and the girl said she was resetting something on my account. Now all of my Faithlife Groups are GONE. Some are secret groups and I don't even know how to get back on those groups. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Wait until Faithlife is done before panicking. I would guess that this would have to do with the security update that was announced. I'd expect to see everything that is online to go down then return.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

That would have nothing to do with membership/visibility of Faithlife Groups.

You appear to still be an admin/member of 87 groups. The simplest explanation I can think of is that you're not logged into Faithlife.com (or are logged in with a different account). Please try signing out and back in again. If there's still a problem, can you post a screenshot of https://faithlife.com/account/groups ?

Oh someone on the Dev team fixed it early this morning. Sorry, I forgot to update this thread.
