Sharing Workflows
The whole Workflow thing sounds interesting. But I'm not very creative. So, assuming workflows are sharable like other documents, where's the link to where all the creative user-generated workflows are stashed?

Go to the documents menu, select public, then filter the list to workflows.

I wonder if it would be good if "Untitled Workflows" didn't actually show up in the Public list?

I think it would be helpful if it was cleaned up, provided a brief description, offered a preview and maybe even ratings from users. You do not know what you get until it is downloaded.

offered a preview
Huge.
I simply download, look and delete. If there were only a few options, that would be fine, but as more and more become available, this method will be more and more inefficient.
So some kind of preview will become almost a necessity.
Now, if you power users will simply point out the best for the rest of us...

I hope this is an improvement planned for the future.

Do you need the full feature set with the workflow editor to access custom workflows? The reason I ask is that I seem to have trouble accessing the public ones: I can't find them when I copy the document.

Never mind I found them.

Thanks for the tip on how to access these through the desktop app. My first workflow for sermon prep is up along with a description here https://www.morethancake.org/archives/35079
