When I select Tools/Courses it says there are 0 plans available but I have courses in my library.
Hi, Beverley. I'm sorry to hear this. Is it possible that you typed something in the box and are filtered down to a term that doesn't match anything?
Can you give us a screenshot of what you are seeing and which courses you expect to see but are not?
As you can see there are no filters applied.
This is odd, I don't see any of the filter options available to you on the left side either. You should have a ton of options on the left to filter the tool. See below:
No, there is nothing.
Only thing I can think of off top of my head, has your library finished indexing and syncing?
Hmm. I'll ask the team and see if anyone has any ideas.
Sync says it is up to date.
Thank you.
I had similar, intermittent, problems in L7 because the app wasn’t downloading the list of courses from the server.
How was it resolved?
Because, in my case, it was a server issue, it eventually resolved itself — though it took a while.
Hi Beverly,
Could you enable logging following the instructions on this page: https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Then launch the app and reproduce the problem. Then upload your logs here and we can take a look.
Thanks,
Philana

Same problem here.
Fixed itself. OK now.

Beverly,
Have you left the Courses Tool open? It might take some time for the plans to download. I'll write up a case with your logs files. Let me know if it does resolve itself.
Yes, I have left it open while doing other stuff, so half an hour or so?
Incidentally it works if I use the web version or the Android App, just not on my desktop which is my preferred use.
I was wondering if there has been any progress on this? I know I can't expect an immediate solution but was wondering how long this process usually takes?
