Highlighting from desktop not syncing to iOS app

I have the issue that some of the iOS apps don't show the highlighting done on the desktop even though the view settings are such that the notes and highlights should show. However, I can highlight text in the iOS app and these highlights get synced to the desktop. If I then delete the highlight on the desktop, it does not get deleted on the iOS app. Does anybody else have this issue?

I am using the testflight version of Noet.

It sounds like you might be running the new Notes tool on the desktop and the old notes system on iOS

Hello Armin, the Noet version of the app has not been updated with the new Notes Tool, and in fact, does not have a corresponding 8.x version that we have released. As such, it will not receive any note updates that you make in L8 desktop or mobile. However, notes created in the "old" notes system (in Noet) will get migrated into L8 desktop/mobile.

Sorry, Todd, I replied too early. With some additional testing, I noticed that the highlights appear in the Faithlife Study Bible app on my iPhone but not on my iPad. However, my notes appear on both devices. As far as I can see, the settings of the app are the same on both devices.

Are you running the FSB app on the iPad as well as your iPhone or are you using the Noet app there?

Thanks - but afraid I've got the "FSB app crashing" problem so can't check what I see. Waiting for an updated version to fix that.
