MP Quicklook Webinar Free Books Not Showing in Checkout
I just attended the MP Webinar that overs 5 free books when you upgrade but they aren't showing at $0.00 in the cart?
Can someone at FL explain what I might be doing wrong?

The free books were only for those who upgraded via a link from MP Seminars.
Good webinar though!

Sorry. I meant that you need to have bought an L8 package va that link, and only then would you qualify for the five free books.

I am looking to buy the L8 Bronze Library Upgrade through the link. So technically it should work.

Perhaps it's only for those who are upgrading for the first time. Perhaps check with customer services or MPSeminars.

Question so you are saying that those who bought the upgrade on Monday before the news of the upcoming seminar was posted on Tuesday miss out on the five free books by not waiting?

That's only my guess! But I could be wrong, which happens fairly often.
Best ask somehow who can give a definitive answer.

I had the same issue. Can Logos fix this for everyone or do we each have to individually call customer service to get the coupon to work?

Never mind. It has been fixed. The items are showing in my cart as free now.
