BUG in Workflow editor

Note this worked in beta ... but now the window to enter a link will not open i.e. I can't add a link. You can see in the text that I could in the beta. The other possible cause is that I am indexing two small books ... it may be that the link doesn't get any attention - still a problem as the indexing should be background.
