We'll post any news about the addition of a dark mode to this suggestion: https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-7/suggestions/3357966-night-mode-for-pc-mac

It would be great to have Dark Mode in this new version of Logos 8.
@Isaac Soon,
I don't know what computer you're using. I use windows and I use a utility called NegativeScreen to create a 'Dark Mode' for Logos.
Hope this helps...

Thanks so much! Is this just inverting the colours? I use a Mac. Do you know if the program runs on MacOS?

This inverts the colors but has some 'Smart Inversion' modes that allow the non black and white colors to come through without inversion. As far as I know, however, this is a Windows only utility. I'm really sorry about that.
I do know that the Mac has some built in inversion capabilities.
Have you tried:
- Press Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-8 to Invert screen colors
- If nothing happens, Open System Preferences
- Check Keyboard shortcuts for Accessibility – Invert colors
Alternative is using System Preferences to Invert color:
- Open System Preferences
- Click Accessibility
- Click Display
- Click Invert Colors
Hope this helps,

The problem with using invert colours on Mac is that every time I use logos I’ll have to turn dark mode off on my OS.

To be sure... this is a work around. It is REALLY lame that FL has not implemented a Dark Mode into their software at this point in the game.
Bradley and those folks are quick and helpful to point to the 'wishful items' links. But that, literally, has been requested out there for YEARS.
I'm legally blind and a DARK MODE is absolutely necessary or I would not be able to use the software AT ALL. So the windows workaround works for me for now. But I'd love native support for a Dark Mode. It is probably my biggest criticism of Faithlife and Logos software, specifically. Coding friends tell me it's not even that big of a deal to implement.
Who knows?

The same happens for me on Windows. Anything that has a native dark mode, I have to turn off NegativeScreen. Thankfully, there is a keyboard shortcut that makes it painless. Perhaps the kb shortcut I listed for Mac would work for you to do the same... at least as a workaround.
