BUG: Inconsistency in note attachment options

I had Jordan appear as a place link option when it was the first place, not the first word in the selected text. When I tried to get Jericho to appear as an option, I was unsuccessful. The rules are either (a) sufficiently complex that I don't recognize the pattern or (b) buggy and inconsistent.

As mentioned on http://community.logos.com/forums/t/12983.aspx, Person/Place/Thing options do not influence note attachment.
Those options come from datasets that drive the People/Places/Things functionality of Logos 4.

Got it .. person and place attachment isn't what is happening. I need
to change the contrast to see the dividing line in the options i.e. the
problem is that the user interface is not intuitive in this instance in
that the dividing line between functional groupings is easily missed.
Sorry for the number of bug reports based on a false assumption. The question becomes one of the LCV linkage. Thanks.
