Passage Guide - Collapse Categories by Default

Hey, ummm, I kinda like having Passage Guide search categories collapsed by default when I launch the Guide. So I close them all. And the next time I launch the guide they are closed (Logos 7). But when I start Logos 8 again the Passage Guide defaults to all the categories opening/searching again. Is there a way to have to have this behavior be the same as with Logos 7? Thanks!

I'm unable to reproduce this. Are you on Windows or Mac?

It should remember your last state.

Yes, the state should be remembered as before. I know it is happening on my Windows 10 desktop, and I'm pretty sure I've seen the same on my MacBook Pro (which I can't access at the moment. Finally writing the message after seeing the behavior the past few days (Because it is kinda tedious closing all the categories, exiting the L8, then seeing them all crank away the next time I launch L8 and go to the Passage Guide). And that you can't reduplicate - bummer.

it is kinda tedious closing all the categories,

It definitely should remember their expansion state, but did you realize that you can right-click on a header and close them all at once?

    Steve,

Try the suggestion I made in this post as a work around.

    Specifically, this post from John:

Try opening the PG, collapsing all sections and then just move by dragging one of the sections up or down, than close it and reopen. This should save the PG.

I had a similar problem, and  I made a workaround for the time being:

I guess the root cause could be a stack overflow problem in the L8 code.

Phil can confirm it is also happening with my Mac.

I am also having the issue on Windows 10, Logos 8. The workaround mentioned above works (for now at least).
