I don't mind giving the date. Worst thing that can happen is people wishing me a happy birthday. [:P] It's October 22.
My birthday is the end of December, but I do normally receive the coupon at the beginning of the month - although I often have to check the spam inbox.

I successfully got my birthday gift the last two years, and boy was I happy! But this year, alas! 4 days past and still no gift.
Does that sound too entitlement minded? Sorry, but thought it might not hurt to drop a hint as I sure had something in mind!

I wrote to someone earlier in the month to try and figure out what causes it to not function. I ended up receiving mine, but no joy with figuring out the larger problem.

1. I have/had a birthday in my profile.
2. I emailed customerservice@faithlife.com
3. I was told "I see that the reason why you did not receive the coupon this year is because you where unsubscribed from our mailing list so the email never got to you. I’ll go ahead and add you back on the necessary email list so you can get the coupon the following year."
So, I still don't really know what was or caused the larger problem. I don't think I fiddled with my profile during the last couple years, not until a couple days ago hoping for some Verbum credit [:)] I likely fiddled with my subscriptions, so maybe did something wrong there? I don't know if it was FL or me that caused it.

This has happened to me the last couple of years. I was told I was not subscribed to the mailing list (even though I was pretty certain I had not unsubscribed). Since L8 was released, I have checked my email preferences daily. Every day, I have to resubscribe because every time I check, I get the message informing me I’m not subscribed. As a result, I never received the email about Logos Notes; nor the one about Connect subscribers being upgraded to L8; nor the one about the free Mobile Ed course. In fact, I’ve not received an email confirmation/receipt for the base packages I purchased on day one. I’ve checked my spam folder. (Nothing there.) I’ve since emailed a Logos rep about the problem but have received no response.
I always get emails from orders or direct emails etc..
i rarely get emails from their auto generated emails. I even have 2 emails on their list. To me its a systems problem on their end that doesn't play well with certain emails.
Wouldn't surprise me that FL folks are REAL busy right now with L8 release.
My experience was that they did respond to my email on the matter. They were warm and friendly and helpful and I got my really nice birthday present a few days late. I bet you will to. Please let us know when.
