Does anyone have insight on who is writing the 2 Peter volume for NICNT?

When might it be released?

I am looking for a commentary that is clear and annotated on all the authorship questions behind the text... WORD Biblical is good but looking for more...

Suggestions?

Is there a reason that this and Jude are all that is left for the series on the NT?

there are other volumes under contract... to replace older commentaries
