I spend a lot of time in Logos without Internet connection so, before I upgrade, I wanted to be sure about the usability of the new version:

Do any of the new features of Logos 8 require an internet connection to work?

Do any existing features that previously worked without an internet connection now require one?

I don't think so - as far as I am aware it is only the Concordance Tool and Atlas that require an internet connection and that is the same as Logos 7.

Even if I am wrong I don't think your offline experience will be any worse with Logos 8 and may be a good deal better.

"new" depends if you have a Connect subscription, as some were developed with Logos 7.

    What about Important Passages?

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
