please zip all the log files and submit them via the paperclip - it is much more difficult to deal with logs that are pasted in.

Dave, I'm slow on updating to new os. I let others deal with the bugs. But it is abt time to upgrade now.

Hi David,
If you are using a Mac computer and ask for help pretty much the first question you are likely to be asked is 'are you on the latest version of the OS' and if not you will be asked to upgrade. This is so that those offering help can know that they are working with you on a level playing field.
Folk here are really keen to help get Logos working well for users so one is likely to get an answer here faster than Faithlife can respond to a phone call.
By making sure that both the OS and Logos are running the latest versions you just cut one step out of the process.
