Syntax Graphs Crash?
Two quick questions:
Tonight I attempted to open Syntax Graphs of the NT Glossary and all three times that I attempted to open this work the entire app. crashed. Had to reset work space each time. Is this happening to others also, or is it an operator malfunction 😳?
Secondly, since I am brand new to Logos, I really don’t even know what package I currently have, but I think it’s Logos 7 basic (?). All I know is I pay $25/Mo. Hence, would it benefit me to upgrade to Logos 8? If so, what would be the benefit? And, can that be done for free as advertised - or am I misreading?
Thank you in advance (I am loving Logos so far!).

To answer these questions for yourself go to the 'Logos.com' link at the top right of this page.
When the page opens you should see a link to your profile in the top right.
Click on this and your account details will open.
On the left hand side is a list of sub-sections
Go to 'Subscriptions' first to determine if you are a subscriber to any services.
After that go to 'Orders' and see what you have paid or are paying for.

This will depend on what you are paying for at the moment and whether you have automatic updates turned on or off. Come back to us when you have sussed out the situation.

If you upload some logs we'll be able to assess the issue.
Best to state your operating system in cases like this.

Thank you much Gents. Actually, the module opens fine after today’s Logos update. Hoping that fixed it.
My subscription says “FaithLife Essentials - Monthly.” As stated above I pay $24.99/Mo., but am adding on to my library like mad! I think approx. 325 sources came with this package. I am wondering what happens if I cannot ever keep up the monthly payments and have to drop the package. Do I just lose all of those sources?

Yup! You lose access to all the resources and features in the subscription. You can see which resources with a filter of license:temp in Library Find box.

Thank you Dave. I assume that I get to keep the modules that I purchased independent of the monthly subscription (?).
Went to my library and typed license:temp in the search bar, but it only said no results (still trying to learn the Logos system). Do not see a Find box. Will do more searching.
