Logos 8 Phone App

In Logos 8 (desktop), I successfully linked a Greek NT interlinear with LXX interlinear, so that when I move in an English Bible between OT and NT, the Greek scrolls to the same verse too. I was hoping that syncronization would carry the same behavior to the phone app.

Any ideas how to join two Greek interlinears as a series in the phone app?

Unfortunately series aren't supported on Mobile as far as I know. I agree this would be so useful, even for linking a commentary to a Bible.

Commentary linking does work - if you set up a tab with a linked Bible and commentary then changing the Bible to another book will change the commentary to match (assuming there is one in the serie)

Thanks for the correction Graham! This used to be a serious point of frustration for me and I didn't test it out on 8 (or the 6.6+). So with Commentary series working but not user-created series, it appears that the linking isn't using the series field at all...?

I doubt that's the case. It's much more likely that the mobile app only supports official metadata, not user metadata.

That's an interesting observation - and I don't know how it actually works.

Hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to comment further.
