L8 - Sermon Editor - or Proclaim?
Not sure the best place to post this since all three are involved. Some slides created in Sermon Editor get reformated when exported to Proclaim. Font size changes, and some reorientation.
This last time it was using the "Crucified With Christ Content" template. What I put on one line of text in the SE gets blown up and spread to 2 lines in Proclaim when exported.
Thanks!

I couldn't reproduce this
Can you post screenshots please?

Graham, sorry I goofed up and posted this reponse to your reply to my other questions. So here it id here. As your screen shot shows, it looks fine in the SE. For me too. And it remains properly formatted in the SE even after you export it. The distortion comes in Proclaim only. I suggest you create the slide you showed but make a line of text that fills the text box from side to side. Then export it to Proclaim, and open it in Proclaim and see if it retains the original formatting. I'll try to send screen shots when I can. Gotta preach in a bit!

I'm still not seeing the problem
Here's a line of text in the sermon editor
In Slides view in the sermon editor it looks like this
and after exporting to Proclaim it looks the same
If you are seeing something different, some screenshots would be helpful.

Well ain't that a hoot. OK, I'll send screen shots as soon as I can. Thanks as always.

How are you creating the slide?
I note the text in the slide doesn’t matc what you have in the Sermon Editor Document

That's the weird thing Graham. I created the slide in Sermon Editor as you see it, with all the text on one line. Without doing anything else, I exported the entire sermon to Proclaim using the export tool in Sermon Editor. When I opened Proclaim, the text had been altered as you see it. It only happened in this case with the two slides I used that background or template on. But it has happened before as well with another template.
Note, as one would, I highlighted the entire sentence to create a slide. When I went into the edit mode to choose a background/template, I edited the text to only what is shown in the slide. So there are fewer words than highlighted in the sermon text itself.

Sorry Reid but I can't explain what is happening.
Hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to add some insight.

I hear you. It's not a huge issue certainly. But something's amiss.
Thanks again.

Reid,
I'd be curious to know what aspect ratio you have proclaim set at vs the sermon editor. If you have the sermon editor set at 16:9 and proclaim set at 4:3, your text will potentially be squished to another line.

Thanks Richard, I will double check, but I believe they are both the same.

I agree with Richard - Looking the screenshots, the Logos screen shot has an aspect ratio is 16:9. Looking at the screen shot of Proclaim, it is using 4:3 ratio.
