Unfortunately, it would not surprise me if many of these posts originate somewhere in my, ummm, neighborhood.
Now all of my posts are getting held for moderation. [:(]

We've been testing a new anti-spam system. Overall, it's working well, but we had a bug in integration that permitted flagged posts to be posted to the forums. This was fixed 18 hours before you posted; you shouldn't have seen any spam since then.

We're updating to a new anti-spam system that takes more factors into account, such as geo-location. This has been very effective at detecting new accounts from the same residence that are trying to get around per-user rate limiting. But sometimes it has “collateral damage” of flagging users fro the same region. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I'll update the filter to allow your posts through without review.

Thanks for your help, Bradley!

Yes; those were the ones that got through before we fixed the filter. But I'm hoping you haven't seen any spam in the last 36 hours (even though there are almost constant attempts to post it).

i haven’t noticed any since I posted. But, those were there when I posted my post above, I.e. less than 24 hours ago.

FWIW, I can verify that they were there when I made my post about 14 hours ago.

Any chance I can get added to this list? I've had multiple comments delayed now, and often by the time they do appear, a lot of other comments have appeared that render my response redundant - just makes me look like a bit of an idiot.

[:P] Apparently black magic works they at least penetrated the spam filter before being overcome but the good filter.
I wonder if they sell ocean front property in Arizona too?
