Email sent in error?

i received an email reminding me of a free course. The code didn’t work. Since I have Verbum Silver, Orthodox Bronze and the rest of the sets as Starter, I was wondering whether the email was sent in error or whether the code didn’t work in error. (If I understand it right, Verbum is not included in the free course deal). Any thoughts?

There was a promotion that included a free course with an L8 upgrade (at a certain level). I received the same email and the code did not work for me either. I receive my free course when I upgraded within the parameters of the promotion. I assumed the code did not work because I already got the course I had coming. I suspect that this was a bulk email that was sent to many in error.

If you think you do have a free course coming to you, contact FL customer service. They have a reputation for quickly resolving customer issues and correcting mistakes.

A course of your choice is bundled with Logos 8 silver or higher packages.

I don't know if the email was sent in error, but the code likely isn't working because you hadn't bought an eligible package yet.

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

I’m 99% sure I don’t qualify. So I sent customer service an e-mail asking where the error was. That way I neither lose out on something I should have nor get upset about something I’m not entitled to.

Before I got the email, I didnt expect a course. Now I just want to make sure Faithlife didn’t add one to my tiers.
