Footnotes missing in ESV

On my IPad (latest app installed) the footnotes are not visible on the ESV. For example, for Acts 1:1, there should be footnotes for the words “Theophilus” and “to do.” I also have the same problem with my IPhone. Can anyone replicate this? Thanks.

Go to the book settings, the three vertical dots on the right in the Bible pane. and check to make sure the Bible Text Only is off. You may have it set to not show certain items.
