Canvas
Greetings and blessings!
I have seen the power of what Canvas can do...but I am at a loss as to how! When and where can I get some training on this new tool?
Thanks! Peter

Welcome to the forums Peter.
Have you seen this short training video? https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018175571-Canvas
Using adventure and community to challenge young people to continually say "yes" to God

Yes! I have seen the video, but sadly, I am not that quick of a study. I was hoping for something more.
Thanks for your suggestion though!
God bless you in your way.

I'm not aware of any other training videos for Canvas that are currently available but I'm sure there will be some in the future. Do you have any specific questions about it?

Is there a way to change the Info cards? Mine always shows the Lexham Bible Dictionary.

How do you create info cards for use in the Canvas Tool?

You can set you prioritization, putting the dictionary you prefer at top of your preferred resources.

Use the Insert Passage tool at the top bar in Canvas to insert a passage. That will insert your passage in to a Text Flow component. Select the Text Flow component by clicking on it. Then click on a word to see the Info Cards populate in the left side tool sidebar. Then drag the info cards on to your Canvas.

Thanks Much ! I thought there might be a way to drop/drag images onto the canvas, but I have not found that it was possible. Am I correct on that?

Yes. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to drag, import, paste external images in to Canvas. Hopefully, this feature will be coming along soon.

Is it possible to make the info card include more of the information where it comes from? Mine stops mid definition sometimes.

I've just checked an info card and it seems to be fine so we need some more details.
I suggest you start a new thread in this forum and provide as much information as possible including:
- the passage you are working on
- the word you are generating the info card for
- screenshots of what you are seeing (please upload using the paperclip icon in the forum editor)
