Keyboard Shortcut for Copy as Citation
Accordance has a "Copy as Citation" option, so that when you paste the copied Scripture passage, it includes the Scripture reference. They have a keyboard shortcut for this: Control-Command-C.
Does Logos not have this ability?

Have you tried using the Copy Verse Tool? You choose a style or even create your own style so that verses copy and paste just the way you want (that is, with citations). See here for more information: https://wiki.logos.com/Copy_Bible_Verses

To do what you are describing, the best way would be to use the Copy Bible Verses tool. There are a number of styles built in that would probably meet your needs. If one of the built-in styles is not what you want, you can create your own style.

I am familiar with the CBV tool — what I'm looking for is a keyboard shortcut that allows me to copy my current Copy Style.
The keyboard shortcut for copying-with-no-style is Command-C. What's the keyboard shortcut for copying my Copy Style from the CBV?

If you use either of these buttons they will place the text specified on your clipboard with the style you have set up.
Cmd V should drop this into your document if you have used Copy or is should drop right into your document if you have used Copy and Paste.
If you want to use the style already set in your document (rather than the one in CBV) then use Copy and Past with Cmd Shift V.

Yes, I'm aware that I can use the buttons from Copy Center. Two problems with that:
1. It's not a keyboard shortcut.
2. It requires me to keep the CBV panel open and use up screen space.
Again, what I'm looking for is a keyboard shortcut that allows me to copy the style I've set up in CBV.
I'd be surprised if this doesn't exist (as it does in Accordance). In writing sermons, all the time I'm copy/pasting verses to include the Scripture reference. Is there really no way to do this with just my keyboard in Logos?

On the macOS Logos, there is a service called "Replace with Passage (Logos)." Are you familiar with services on the Mac and how they work?
There's a default keyboard shortcut for this service, but I changed it so long ago that I can't remember it. It's also possible that it's not activated. So, open your Mac's System Preferences, go to Keyboard, and then Shortcuts. Select Services on the left and scroll down until you see the Replace with Passage service and it's shortcut:
To use it, type a reference in your word processor, select the reference and type the shortcut for the Replace with Passage service.

Truly, I appreciate the response! These are ways to eventually get the citation to appear, but they're not a simple keyboard shortcut.

In other words, I want to be able to
• Highlight a verse
• Hit the keyboard shortcut to copy
• Hit the keyboard shortcut to paste and what appears is the verse I highlighted plus the reference.

The Replace with Passage service on a Mac is how you do that with a keyboard shortcut. I am sorry, but it looks like my screenshot did not come through. I will repost the screenshot.
The difference with the Replace With Passage is that you type the reference in your word processor, highlight it and press the keyboard shortcut. There is not an exact equivalent of Accordance's copy with citation. I am sorry about that. I came over from Accordance, and I think the Replace with Passage service is the closest equivalent.

It's too bad to hear that there is no equivalent in Logos. The Replace with Passage Service is a nice option, and thanks for showing it to me.
It lacks a feature I often need: when I want to copy and paste a partial verse, or a passage that doesn't line up with verse breaks.
I guess I can add this to Feature Requests for Logos 9.

I'm not sure if this solves the problem completely, but I was struggling with the same issue as you and the below solution works for me.
I'm using Windows 10 and Logos 8. See below image that shows program settings in Logos:
By default it is set to NO and NO. I set it to YES and NO (because I don't want the hyperlinks showing in the reference).
Select the text to copy via CTRL+C (CMD+C on Mac I suppose) to copy the text to the clipboard; open or go to an already open document in Word (I'm using Word for Office 365, but others probably work the same); go to the insertion point in the document and CTRL+V. The pasted text should be there and at the end of it a number, and at the bottom of the page, the reference, as below:
"Word of God—(Heb. 4:12, etc.). The Bible so called because the writers of its several books were God’s organs in communicating his will to men.[1]
[1] M. G. Easton, Easton’s Bible Dictionary (New York: Harper & Brothers, 1893)."
The reference would have included page number too, if that is activated in visual filter (for one or all eligible resources) and the work includes an index type of "Page" under resource information. In this case, the work is only indexed by English headwords, so no page numbers are available. That's okay according to Chicago Manual of Style. I'm not sure about The SBL Handbook of Style, 2nd edition, might need to inquire with a prof how to handle page numbers, but the logical route is to use page numbers in the reference if they are available, and just skip if they aren't.
If you move your insertion point above the previous pasted text and copy and paste some more text, the new text is promoted to reference [1] and the other one moves to [2] automatically.

The answer to your question is no Logos does not have this functionality. It probably is my biggest frustration with Logos. Most other Bible softwares have this simple capability... but for some reason it has never made its way into the Logos Desktop ecosystem. I am not sure why? I have learned ways around using some of the above suggested mentioned methods.
The easiest way I find is to make sure the Program Settings "Show Selection Menu" is toggled to YES. Once it is set to YES then when you highlight a verse or verses you can use the Selection Menu's click on the CopyVerse: Styled. This will copy the verse(s) to the clipboard using your last used Copy Bible Verse format. (See below)
I hope to see this simple copy styled functionality attached to a keyboard shortcut in the future. And I also would like to see Logos keyboard shortcuts become more robust in the future. Some of us heavy keyboard users would like to stay in our keyboard centric flow and not have to slowdown and move back and forth between keyboard and mouse.
