The release notes said that note formatting had been preserved when pasting (unless I read the notes wrong) but the problem still exists when coming from Word.
The fix improved copy/paste for some formatting, it did include lists, in some places, but I'm not sure if it was intended to fix copying from every source including Word. I've let the dev know about copy/paste for lists from Word still being a problem. He is out due the the holidays so it won't be fixed in time for 8.1 Beta 4.
Pasting from Word seems to be the big pain point from what I have seen on these forums. I would think that would be the priority?
Our current workaround is to paste it into OneNote then paste it into Logos.
